The Solano College Small Business Development offers a monthly BUSINESS CLINIC open to existing and new business owners. Whether you've been in business for years, recently started, thinking of buying an existing business or starting one of your own, our Business Clinic is the perfect venue to DISCUSS your specific SMALL BUSINESS NEEDS.

Each month, two expert BUSINESS ADVISORS are available for one-on-one counseling appointments. You pick the topic(s). Some areas our business advisiors can help you include:

• Discussing the FEASIBILITY of your business idea
• MARKET RESEARCH, what's involved and how to start
• Find out what's in a BUSINESS or STRATEGIC PLAN
• BOOKKEEPING, DEDUCTIONS and TAXES
• MARKETING PLANNING, how to implement one on a tight budget
• FINANCIAL ANAYLSIS, understanding where you stand money-wise
• FINANCING, where is the money AND are you eligible?
• MANAGING YOUR EMPLOYEES, hiring right and keeping your best employees
